Thank you for the information that you have posted. I am also interested in finding out more details about the NCI. Is this program “stackable” with the SELP/DSLEP?

Thank you

najirashid Says:

Unfortunately you can’t stack NCI with Selp or MALP. I have a client right now that is stacking NCI with DSELP. I will email you more information on the NCI Program. Thanks

My information has been submitted to baltimore county for review and an approval decision. My settlement date is fast approaching being early next week. What is the typical time frame once a complete file has been submitted to the county. Thanks very much.

najirashid Says:

Baltimore County needs your file 10 days before settlement. Harbel the nonprofit that I have 2 clients using the NCI program require that the client have loan approval and all re-inspection completed 14 days before settlement or settlement can be delayed.

Hello, can you please email me the criteria or rules to follow for the NCI program?

najirashid Says:

Hello Ed,
The NCI Program is running out of funds. Harbel Housing Partnership have used their 15 NCI loans. NHS of Baltimore I believe still have a couple of NCI loans left. Please give me a call at 410-977-7176 for more detail about NCI and the upcoming SELP and MALP funds. email me at naji@rashidrealestategroup.com and i will send you the NCI guidelines. Thanks

Hello,
Are you able to use the NCI or SELP/MALP on a FHA 203k loan?
And are they stackable with the FHLB community grant?
Thanks for responding to our questions.

najirashid Says:

Hello Katrice,
Unfortunately you can’t do a FHA 203K loan with SELP or MALP. You can use a couple thousand dollars of the MALP funds towards repairs but not most of it. If the property needs a 203K I usually ask the seller to contribute to your closing costs to assist with needed funds. If you have adittional questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at 410-977-7176. I also included 2 pdf’s in this email that could be helpful. Thanks

wanted to obtain some information about the NCI program and any other programs that assist in help with closing costs and down payments. Also the income requirement and do you know whether or not these things can be used to purchase land and have a home placed there?

najirashid Says:
June 27th, 2014 at 5:48 PM

Unfortunately most of the NCI funds are gone. NHS of Baltimore might have one or two left. Right now most people are using SELP funds along with DSELP or FHLB funds. Please contact me at 410-977-7176 for more information and how to get started. Thanks
