 Naji Rashid is Owner/CEO of RE/MAX  1st Advantage Realty, Inc. and Chairman of Rashid Real Estate Group and Rashid Insurance Group. Naji serves on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc., and is Chairman of the Membership Committee for the Country Club of Maryland.

Naji is a real estate expert who specializes in homeownership education. He educates homebuyers in several ways. He speaks for companies, organizations, and non-profits through conducting seminars, workshops, lunch & learn presentations, and question & answer sessions.
